Primepulse

Primepulse is the investment company of four full-blooded entrepreneurs Klaus Weinmann, Stefan Kober, Raymond Kober and Stefan Fritz. We focus on investing in deep tech (B2B) companies, which we actively support on their growth path across various asset classes. Because we are convinced that sustainable innovations and digital technologies can contribute to a more livable world.

Entrepreneurial & Partnership-based

We currently manage assets worth over 1 billion euros. So far, we have invested primarily with our own capital, but we are also open to investors in partnership. Our goal is to support impact entrepreneurs, accompanying them on their journey and providing them with a strong, international network of like-minded people.

From Later Stage Investments to Listed

We invest in technology-oriented companies at an early stage, accompany the growth, the IPO and support the being public. We support established medium-sized companies in their further development and transformation process. We also invest in listed companies and encourage them to implement new strategies and conquer new markets. We do all this in an active entrepreneurial way. With many years of industry and capital market know-how.

Our DNA

CANCOM is in our PRIMEPULSE genes. Klaus Weinmann, Stefan Kober and Raymond Kober founded CANCOM in 1992, which has been listed on the stock exchange since 1999 and is now listed on the TecDAX, and developed it into a billion-dollar group. Stefan Fritz joined the successful trio of founders and entrepreneurs in 2017 by selling his company to CANCOM and in 2019 as a shareholder and partner of PRIMEPULSE.
